Ahmad Belal is the General Secretary and founder of the Social Transformation and Research Centre (STARC). With over 8 years of experience in the development sector, he has worked extensively in education, health, skills development, women empowerment, child rights, and physical health and education.

With over 8 years of experience in the development sector, he has worked extensively in education, health, skills development, women empowerment, child rights, and physical health and education.
Ahmad holds a BA (Hons) from AMU Aligarh, a Master of Social Work from MANUU Hyderabad, a Master's in Political Science from Jamia Millia Islamia, a Master in Human Rights, and an M.Phil in Education from Jamia Hamdard University. He has also completed a PG Diploma in Counseling from Aligarh Muslim University, a Diploma in Public Policy from Vision India Foundation, and a Certificate Course in Applied Aspects of CSR from HCL Foundation Academy.
In addition to his academic achievements, Ahmad has published four research papers and contributed a book chapter. His professional journey includes working with esteemed organizations like Piramal Foundation and Smile Foundation.
